It is Monday morning…it is officially morning peak hour…there is endless traffic…the car suddenly breaks down…all the kids in the car still need to be dropped off at school…no-one is answering their phones when I need to send an SOS…I have an 08h00 meeting and will be introduced to a very important new client…I have to pick up posters and flowers and muffins for the meeting at 08h00…I forgot to leave the key in the secret place for the helper…stage 4 loadshedding from Eskom has just been instated…and I can see the traffic growing like a lazy anaconda in the middle of summer…I want to yell so loud and tell everyone to steer clear!

The above scenario may appear and ring true to many people on either a daily basis or ever so often.  The following video will help to understand when a situation is a crisis and what to do if a situation seems to be spiraling out of control.
