I always believed that I have to be a journalist in order to journal. I had the idea that I had to write books and book about my life to understand myself better – how I think, what I feel and how I respond to different situations. I only had in my mind what I saw about journaling in the movies. Someone would sit by a river, and write and write and write… How boring I thought and almost convince myself that Journaling is something I will never try. This was the case until I discovered that there is so much more to journaling…
