This presentation introduces incorporating nature into therapy.  Participants will be provided with a conceptual framework, an overview of the current evidence base for who can benefit, and some ideas for nature-based psychological interventions. Furthermore, participants will gain a good sense of what incorporating nature into therapy can look like, some of the challenges and the ethical considerations.
