Registration can only be finalised once online booking AND payment via PayFast is received before the closing date. Closing date and time is 16:00, 2 [two] days before the training in question. No bookings are available on the day of the activity and no telephonic or e-mail bookings can be accepted. Automatic enrolment into the course on the Online Learning Space account will take place and the user will be able to access the webinar from the relevant course page on their Online Learning Space on the scheduled date, at the scheduled time.

Automatic enrolment into the course on the user’s Online Learning Space account will take place as soon as the course is purchased AND payment via PayFast is received. The user will then have access to the course via their Online Learning Space and be able to complete it at their own pace.

All cancellations are to be in writing and addressed to email@example.com 2 [two] days prior to the webinar that was booked for. No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation after the 2 [two]-day period, but delegate substitutions will be permitted up until 1 [one] day before the training. Delegate substitutions need to be communicated in writing and addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org
In the case of non-attendance or delegate’s internet/log in accessibility issues, no refunds will be made.

Upon conclusion of the online CPD training, delegates must submit the evaluation form electronically within 14 [fourteen] days, by logging onto their Online Learning Space account and accessing the relevant course page found under the “My Courses” tab. A CPD certificate of attendance is then made available on the delegate’s account to view, download, save or e-mail.
